There are more than 45,000 students studying various UG/PG courses in IT/ Management/ Tourism/ Biotechnology/ Multimedia etc. in these 450 colleges and institutes managed by UCPL Group. All the these services are being provided from New Delhi Head Quarter of Urvi Group and Regional Offices located in Bhopal, Patna, and Kolkata. Introduction
UCPL group is a Regional Centre of Punjab Technical University (Jalandhar, Punjab ) for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar , Jharkhand, West Bengal and North East States . Punjab Technical University , Jalandhar was established in January 1997 for advancement of technical education & development. Directorate of Distance Education was established in the year 2001 for promoting IT and Non- IT courses through distance mode. Presently, various courses are being offered in Learning Centres (LC) across the country. Regional Centres (RC) in private partnerships have been established to provide support services to these Learning Centres.
UCPL group is a renowned and pivotal Regional Centre of PTU currently administrating 450 colleges/institutes and p roviding educational support services to around 45000 students .
